Um, what's not to love/hate? Loved his Season 2 meatsuit most of all.

( Teeny spoiler if you haven't seen the show ) I love the absolute evil multiple personality creature that he was for the majority of Dollhouse's existence on TV.

We only got a glimpse of him during the show, but he intrigues me.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Probably my favourite villain from the whole series [other than Joss Whedon himself]. Not necessarily the best season of the show, and the Ben thing weirded me out a lot, but... She's kinda cool.

Weird little man. Love his stained-glass lamp.

8. Cigarette Smoking Man
The X Files
I need to do a rewatch, but he was definitely a love-to-hate villain for me. Thank goodness smellivision didn't exist back then.
