I'd told mum about the game I'd come up with for the_browncoats team game for a whedonland challenge. I told her that I'd stolen it from another website. I told her that my Team - Team Firefly - had many games to choose from, but ultimately my suggestion got picked (\o/).

I told her that sometime last weekend.

Yesterday she asked about the game, & I told her that the moderator of our team was going to announce it to the team members tomorrow (that is, today).

Tonight I spoke about it again. She asked me who the moderator was. I said what I remembered her actual name to be, followed by her pseudonym prlrocks. I then stated that I would need to compose a post to let other team members know how to create the game with me [so I wasn't hogging all the fun or the responsibility].

I did wonder why she was interested in what I was telling her. After all, it's just another way to "waste time" on the net... but after I told her when this game was due, she said something that confused the hell out of me.

Anyway. That was fun. ;)

My team won the first round of whedonland... Whoo!



Though, I didn't participate in many tasks/challenges, I did do a heck of a lot of voting... :D It's fun! And it doesn't take much out of me to vote. ;) But gorramit, there are so many talented people out there - not just in the_browncoats, but thefang_gang, theactives and the prophecygirls. ;)

Unfortunately, membership is currently closed. I think it'll open up again in December, when the second apocalypse is scheduled to be over. ;) MEMBERSHIP IS STILL OPEN (Sign-up post)!
I'd love to be sharing whedonland stuff (& especially the_browncoats stuff) with my flist.
