Ice-age heat wave, can't complain.

This is me. "Bloodlights" is the working title of Trilogy's second book. Yes, I'll be doing the second draft of Book 2 this November. Yes, that makes me a NaNoRebel. Honestly, I won't be attempting a new story (again) for NNWM until this trilogy is done & dusty (on the bookshelf, with all the other books).

And speaking of second drafts... I have completed the second draft for Book 1! Hooray! :D I still have to write a proper "world-introduction" at the start of Chapter 1, but I'm calling that part of the third draft.

My 2010 NaNoWriMo goal? 10,000 words. Since 9,020 is my highest word count for any month this year, I'm just pushing myself a little more [& with 4 less days since I have to be away this weekend].


On those writing-related notes... For those who may've missed them. I have three new(ish) fanfics up at platygrafics. They were all written for fantasyverse challenges [that I came up with].

I won't be starting a new project for it. I'll be using NaNoWriMo for my Trilogy rewrite... updating my word count for the month of November. I already keep records for daily writing, so it won't be any different. While it would be nice to write 50000 words in those 30 days, I can't even write that much in a year. :P But, uh, encouragement will be appreciated. :)

Also hoping to, somehow, get the blasted last chapter of "Redemption" written & uploaded (to both Fanfiction.net & platygrafics) by Saturday night. I think knowing what happens at the very end is part of the reason why I can't write it. That, and the procrastination thing. :/ It's the same problem I had with the end of Trilogy Book 2 (1st draft). Unfortunately, I can't go back and rewrite "Redemption" from the start. Well, I could, but it would be counter-productive. ;)

Er... That's it.
